Our Process

Six Disciplines, One Standard

Each piece that leaves our workshop passes through every stage below, in-house, under our own roof.

CAD Design

01 / CAD Design

CAD Design

Every commission begins on screen, where a concept, a sketch, or a client's existing line is translated into a precise, manufacturable model.

  • Modelling in Rhino and Matrix
  • Engineering for stone tolerances and setting type before a single gram of metal is cast
  • Renders and technical drawings reviewed and approved before production begins
Stone Selection and Recutting

02 / Stone Selection & Recutting

Stone Selection & Recutting

Every stone is hand-picked for colour, clarity, and size against the specification of the piece — and recut in-house where a better match demands it.

  • Diamonds, coloured stones, and baguettes selected and matched by eye and by instrument
  • In-house recutting to exact proportions, including preparation for invisible setting
  • Unheated sapphires and rubies, no-oil Colombian emeralds, and fancy colour diamonds sourced to the highest standard

03 / Goldsmith

Goldsmith

Our goldsmiths fabricate every piece to exact specification, working across the full range of precious metals our clients require.

  • Platinum 950 and 900
  • 18k and 22k gold in white, yellow, and rose
  • Hand-fabrication and finishing to tolerances verified against the original CAD model

Over twenty-five years of fine jewelry manufacturing has taught us that quality is never the result of one exceptional stage — it is the sum of every stage, held to the same standard, by the same hands.

04 / Setting

Setting

Our setters work exclusively under microscope, a discipline that allows for the precision invisible setting and micro-pavé demand.

  • Invisible setting and micro-pavé
  • Channel, bezel, prong, and coronet work
  • Every setting checked under magnification before a piece proceeds to finishing
Quality control inspection under microscope

05 / Finishing & Quality Control

Finishing & Quality Control

Before any piece leaves our workshop, it is inspected against the original specification it was built to — not approximated against it.

  • Final polishing and surface finishing to the specified standard
  • Full inspection against the original CAD model, stone schedule, and metal specification
  • Sign-off required before a piece is released for delivery
